KIEV, April 11 ??“ The Finance Ministry approved a draft resolution allowing Odesa City to borrow up to UAH 335 million for the first time after the city had defaulted on its bonds in 1998.

This loan should mature no later than December 31, 2012 with interest no higher than 9.5% in foreign currency of the first category under the classification of the National Bank of Ukraine, the ministry said.
