KIEV, April 10 ??“ Ukrgasbank has given a mandate to Standard Bank and West LB to organize a syndicated loan of $20 million, a representative of the Ukrainian bank reported on Tuesday.

"Ukrgasbank has signed a mandate letter with Standard Bank and WestLB to organize a syndicated loan. The loan could reach $20 million, and the finds will be raised for 12 months," the source said.
