KIEV, April 6 ??“ The owners of Sandora Ltd., which accounts for about 47% of Ukraine's juice market, have concluded an agreement with Deutsche Bank and investment company Golden Gate to arrange a tender to sell the juice producer to a strategic investor.

"At present various options for the company's sale are under consideration??“ from a 50% stake to 100%. But the point at issue is the attraction of a strategic investor," Kommersant business daily reported citing a source.
