KIEV, April 6 ??“ Ukraine will later this month announce the sale of 4% of shares in national phone company Ukrtelecom, 25.35% of shares in Leninska Kuznytsia, a shipbuilder, and 19.33% of shares in Fregat, the State Property Fund reported.

The SPF will also call tenders to sell 74.99% of stocks in a semi-conductor plant, 50.01% of stocks in Osnastka plant, 99.94% of stocks in Pulsar and 94.9% of stocks in Horlivka engineering plant.
