KIEV, April 5 ??“ The Finance Ministry delayed primary auctions for placing Treasury bills due to the instability of the political situation in the country, First Deputy Finance Minister Vadym Kopylov said.

According to him, the great economic results of Q1 2007, under condition of political stability, would definitively have brought favorable conditions for placing not only governmental domestic bonds but also State Mortgage Institution bonds.
