KIEV, April 4 ??“ Ukraine's Economy Ministry drafted a memorandum to allocate humanitarian and technical aid for Kyrgyzstan to settle the dispute over the debt of Ukrainian enterprises, Economy Minister Anatoliy Kinakh said.

Kyrgyzstan is the last country with which Ukraine has to sign a bilateral agreement on mutual access to the goods and services markets. Kyrgyzstan wanted Ukraine to pay back $27 million in debts that it said appeared when Ukraine left the ruble zone.
