KIEV, April 3 ??“ Ukraine??™s pro-Western opposition groups on Tuesday changed their plans and decided not to call on supporters for a massive anti-government rally in Kiev instead focusing on preparing for the early election.

This comes as the Regions Party, a pro-Russian group led by Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, has been calling on its followers to come to Kiev to show support for the government.
