KIEV, April 3 ??“ Pro-government lawmakers on Tuesday appealed at the Constitutional Court President Viktor Yushchenko??™s decree dismissing the legislature and calling the new election on May 27.

The ruling by the Constitutional Court may eventually ease the confrontation between the government and the president and help find the way out of the political crisis.

Yushchenko dismissed Parliament on Monday, but the coalition refused to accept the decree calling it unconstitutional. The coaition also promised to appeal the decree at the Constitutional Court.
