KIEV, April 2 ??“ Oschadbank, the state-owned savings bank, signed a general agreement with the State Mortgage Institution (SMI) on the refinancing and servicing of mortgage credits, the bank reported.

"From now on, the clients of Oschadbank can receive housing credits under the SMI's program,??? the bank reported.
