KIEV, April 2 ??“ Ukrainian Trade Guild, a real estate consultancy, signed a deal with Moldova's IM City Development SRL joint venture to draft a marketing concept for two housing complexes in Chisinau.

UTG said the agreement foresees in-depth marketing research of Chisinau's housing market. Under the deal, an analysis of the market will be carried out, and consumer preferences and forecasts for housing market development will be studied.
