KIEV, March 30 - AvtoKrAZ holding company, Ukraine's only heavy truck producer, saw its net profit fall by 30.8% in 2006, to UAH 57.72 million, the company reported in the press.

The issue of distributing revenues is on the agenda of a stockholders meeting scheduled for May 18. At the meeting, stockholders will also approve the financial report of the company for 2006, and consider changes in the company's governing bodies.
