KIEV, March 29 - Moody's Investors Service put mobile operator Kyivstar on review for possible downgrade following a bitter corporate conflict between Norway??™s Telenor and Russia??™s Alfa Group.

Kyivstar currently has "Ba3" corporate family rating and Positive Outlook.

The move comes following the public disclosure of the injunction issued by the Kiev City Commercial Court, prohibiting the company from making any of its financial or other reports and information relating to the financial or business activities available to any third parties, Moody's reported in a posting on its official Web site.
