KIEV, March 29 ??“ The stockholders of Eurocement Group Ukraine will consider appointing Demis Halchev the company's director general in place of Hennadiy Donets.

The stockholders' meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2007, Interfax reported.

Halchev is the head of Eurocement Group Ukraine.

Eurocement Group Ukraine began working in June 2005. Pushka and Baltsem together have the capacity to produce about 5 million tonnes of cement a year.
