KIEV, March 27 - Royal Dutch Shell Plc and Russia's Alliance Group plan to form a joint venture to run the Russian company's filling station network in Ukraine, an industry source said.

"Tomorrow they'll announce an agreement to form a joint venture to operate around 150 filling stations under the Shell brand,??? the source told Interfax. ???The timing of joint venture's launch will depend on certain conditions, such as obtaining the necessary permits from the state regulatory bodies."
