PRAGUE, March 27 - Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek said Tuesday the country will support Ukraine's bids to join the European Union (EU) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) following a meeting with Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov in Prague.
"[The Czech] Prime Minister said that supporting Ukraine's integration into the EU and the country's joining the WTO is a priority for the Czech government," the Czech government's press office said in a statement. "Topolanek promised support in negotiations with EU bodies and sharing [the Czech Republic's] experience in the acceptance process."
