KIEV, March 26 ??“ Ukrpapirinvest, which is involved in the wholesale tissue paper trade, is to boost its statutory fund by six times, to UAH 12 million, via an additional issue of shares worth UAH 10 million.

According to an official company report, the decision on the additional issue of shares was taken at a stockholders' meeting in mid-March.
It is planned to issue 2,000 simple nominal shares with a face value of UAH 5,000 each, the report reads.
