KIEV, March 26 ??“ A court in Kiev on Monday ordered law enforcement agencies must stop investigation against Yuriy Lutsenko, a popular opposition leader, after prosecutors had failed to show any evidence backing their allegations.

The ruling is Lutsenko??™s second legal victory over the Prosecutor General Office in less than a week after a court last week had allowed the leader to resume his traveling throughout Ukraine.
