KIEV, March 23 ??“ Britain's Global Steel Investments Limited increased its share in the structure of owners of Zaporizhstal, the Zaporizhia-based steel mill, by 7.23%, to 40.91%, according to a Zaporizhstal report.

The registrar of Zaporizhstal's stocks said that as of December 20, 2006, Global Steel Investments Limited owned a 33.6797% stake in the OJSC, while as of February 14, 2007, the company owned a 22.5885% stake.
