KIEV, March 23 ??“ The Black Sea Shipyard Holding in Mykolaiv submitted an appeal to the Kiev Economic Court against the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) to recognize as illegal the negative results of checks on the fulfillment of its sale and purchase agreement.

The checks were held by the fund from February 26 through March 3, the head of the company's press service Iryna Akulova told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
