KIEV, March 23 ??“ This year, about 8% of the winter crops will have to be re-planted in Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian Weather Center.

"We expect that 8% of the winter crops may be re-sown this year. These are dead and thinned crops, which we recommend to re-plant," head of agriculture meteorology department of the Meteorological Office, Tetiana Adamenko, told Interfax-Ukraine.
