MOSCOW, March 20 - Russia believes that economic integration in the CIS could be boosted within the Euro-Asian Economic Union, or EurAsEC, a Russia-led economic bloc, with a single economic zone created afterwards.
"We believe that it is within the EurAsEC that mutually beneficial economic integration of the Commonwealth countries can noticeably expand and a single economic area formed later," Russian President Vladimir Putin said after Russian-Kazakh negotiations at the highest level in Moscow.
