KIEV, March 16 ??“ Pivdenny bank, Ukraine??™s No. 20 bank by assets, is to increase its statutory capital by 1.1%, or UAH 5 million, to UAH 468.5 million, the bank reported on Thursday.

An additional issue of 5 million simple nominal shares with the face value of UAH 1 each will be considered at a stockholders' meeting on April 23.
