KIEV, March 15 - Pravex-Bank, a bank owned by Kiev Mayor Leonid Chernovetskiy, plans in the fall of 2007 to place a $100 million debut issue of Eurobonds, a bank official said.

"We have prepared for a fall [issue], but it depends on the situation on the market at that time," Vladyslav Novikov, the director of the bank's department of investment business, said.
