KIEV, March 14 - The Ukrainian government could enter the foreign borrowing market in May, Deputy Finance Ministry Anatoly Myarkovsky said on Wednesday.

"Concerning borrowing, we have endorsed the draft federal budget for 2007," he said. "We are planning foreign borrowing for May," he said.
