KIEV, March 13 - The Ukrainian government won't allow massive cutoffs in gas supplies because of debts, since the move would entail inconvenience and losses also for those who pay for gas supplies in time, First Deputy Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"There should be no mass cutting of supplies when those who pay suffer also. That is why the government doesn't agree to this move," he said.
