MOSCOW, March 12 - Ukraine is establishing a fleet of aircraft and helicopters for its Emergencies Ministry, Motor Sich President Viacheslav Bohuslayev told Interfax-AVN.

"The budget allocates assets for procuring fire-fighting and search-and-rescue aircraft, including both air ambulances, fitted with required medical hardware, and medevac helicopters, employed for evacuating people from ice drifts and high-rise buildings on fire," Bohuslayev said.
