KIEV, March 5 ??“ The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has allowed Sevkabel-Holding, the third largest cable producers in Russia, to buy more than 50% Donbaskabel, the committee reported.

The committee said that Sevkabel-Holding has not conducted business in Ukraine before now.

Donbaskabel, based in Donetsk, produces multifilament wire, cables, soldering and welding machines, and winding wire with enamel isolation.
