MOSCOW, March 5 ??“ Russia's GAZ group is taking control over Kharkiv Tractor Plant, controlled by Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, for one year, a source among plant's stockholders told Interfax.

According to the source, at present all the managing posts at the enterprise have been taken over by GAZ group representatives, starting from late February they started managing the plant.

According to a source close to the enterprise, GAZ may purchase a controlling interest in the plant soon.
