ODESSA, March 5 ??“ A combined cycle electricity generating plant with a capacity of 50,000-60,000 kilowatts is due to be constructed in Bilhradsky district, Odessa region, according to Odessa Region Governor Ivan Plachkov.

"The documents are now being considered by the Cabinet of Ministers. We hope that the work will start within a couple of months," he said at a press conference in Odessa on Monday.
