BRUSSELS, March 2 ??“ The Ukrainian and European power grids can be hooked up in three years, chairman of the Ukraine's National Commission for Regulation of Electric Energy Serhiy Tytenko said.

Tytenko said a Twinning project in electric power engineering will be signed in the EU representative office in Kiev on March 5. Another agreement on developing measures for reforming Ukraine's retail electricity market will be signed in March. This project will be funded by the World Bank.
