WARSAW, March 2 ??“ Getin Holding, a Polish financial group, is planning to close a deal to acquire a small Ukrainian bank, Prykarpattia Bank in Ivano-Frankivsk, in the first half of the current year.

Getin Chief Executive Director for international operations Bernard Afeltowicz said: "We've got confirmation from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and are currently waiting for a decision from the National Bank of Ukraine.???
