KIEV, March 2 ??“ The Seven Hills development company will soon start three real estate development projects in Kiev City and Kiev region, Seven Hills Director General Arie Schwartz said.

He said that the building of the Park Avenue housing complex of 1,200 apartments at Holosiyivsky Avenue in the Holosiyivsky District in Kiev is to start in the near future.

The complex will be built on four hectares. The company has rented the land plot for five years.
