WARSAW, Feb. 26 - Ukraine's authorities appear complacent about the risk of Russian hydrocarbon deliveries to Western Europe bypassing the country, the Czech Republic's ambassador-at-large for energy security, Vaclav Bartuska, told Interfax Central Europe Monday.
"I think both kinds of diversification, of energy sources and of routes, is a complication for them," Bartuska said. "And I don't think they understand it fully, still. I admire the Ukrainian self-assurance: I come from a country that is much more worried about the situation."
