WROCLAW, Feb. 23 ??“ The Czech Republic sees the reversal of the flow of the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline so as to carry Caspian crude to Central Europe as inevitable, deputy foreign minister Jaroslav Basta told Interfax Central Europe.
There are plans to extend the Odessa-Brody pipeline to the Polish city of Plock and reverse the flow of the pipeline, so that it carries oil from the Black Sea to Poland and Central Europe, as originally intended, rather than Russian oil from Ukraine's Brody to Odessa, as is the case now.
