BRUSSELS, Feb. 21 ??“ A report by the European Parliament on Ukraine's new enhanced agreement with the European Union will include a point granting Kiev the prospects of EU membership, European parliament member Michal Kaminski said.

"I think that Ukraine is a real European country, and this is our goal and our moral responsibility to the Ukrainian people to say clearly and openly that Ukraine should be a member of the European Union in future," he said in Brussels on Tuesday.
