LVIV, Feb. 15 ??“ Defense Minister Anatoliy Hrytsenko has said that it will take around five years to create a multifunctional tactical missile system in Ukraine.

"This work [on the creation of the system] will last for over five years and several stages are foreseen," he said at a press conference in Lviv on Thursday.
