DONETSK, Feb. 16 ??“ System Capital Management (SCM) could take part in a tender to sell a 10% state stake in Ukrtelecom, Ukrainian tycoon and MP Rinat Akhmetov said in Donetsk on Thursday after a meeting of the parliamentary committee for economic policy.

Akhmetov holds a 90% stake in SCM, while his wife has a 10% stake.

Asked whether he plans to buy Ukrtelecom, Akhmetov said that this is was question for SCM.
