KIEV, Feb. 13 ??“ A group of specialists of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has arrived in Kiev to study the possibilities for holding of the bank's annual meeting in Kiev in 2008, following an invitation from Ukraine.

"The technical group is in Kiev and will be working here all this week," EBRD director for Ukraine Kamen Zahariev said.
