KIEV, Feb. 13 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has allocated a five-year $85 million loan to a small Donetsk metallurgical works ISTIL Ukraine.

"The loan was raised to carry out further capital investment, increase working assets and refinance loans raised earlier," ISTIL Chairman Mohammed Zahur said at a press conference in Kiev Tuesday.
