KIEV, Feb. 13 ??“ Hannes Snellman, one of Finland's major law firms, has decided to enter Ukrainian and Russian markets for legal services.

"The partners of ETL Law Offices have decided to join forces with Hannes Snellman Attorneys at Law Ltd. and the transaction is being executed by way of a merger," a company press release, published on Tuesday reads.
