KIEV, Feb. 9 ??“ The Ukrainian government hopes to borrow more that $4 billion annually from international financial institutions, including the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to realize infrastructure projects.

"We estimate that the annual credit portfolio from all these credit institutions will top $4 billion," First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov said.
