KIEV, Feb. 12 - The Kiev city authorities are planning to issue $250 million in eurobonds in 2007, according to a statement posted on the city administration's official website citing Viktor Padalka, deputy head of the Kiev city administration and head of the city's main financial department.

The eurobond issue still requires appropriate decisions from the Kiev City Council and permission from the Ukrainian Finance Ministry, the statement says.
