KIEV, Feb. 12 - Shigeo Katsu, vice-president for the Europe and Central Asia Region of the World Bank, says the bank could give loans under a development strategy to Ukraine, the parliamentary press service said last week.

Katsu recently met Ukrainian Speaker Oleksandr Moroz in Kiev to discuss the projects.
