KIEV, Feb. 8 - The Ukrainian government plans to enter the foreign debt market by the end of the first half of 2007, the newspaper Economic Izvestia reported Deputy Finance Minister Andrei Kravets as saying.
"As stipulated in the budget, we will enter the market for the equivalent of $1.2 billion. But at the moment it is difficult for me to say in which currency the money will be received - this will be discussed further," the newspaper quoted Kravets as saying.
