KIEV, Feb. 7 - The Interpipe group, Ukraine's biggest manufacturer of pipe products and railroad wheels, will rename its subsidiaries by adding Interpipe name to all of them ahead of the planned IPO, the company said.

Niko Tube seamless pipe plant and Nikopol Pipe Company, both owned by Interpipe, at the end of January included the Interpipe logo in their names.
