KIEV, Feb. 7 ??“ The Fuel and Energy Ministry and the Transport and Communications Ministry, together with representatives of airlines and oil traders, have created a working group to settle an ongoing conflict between airlines and fuel suppliers, according to Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko.

"We formed a working group from representatives of the Fuel and Energy Ministry, the Transport and Communications Ministry, airlines and [fuel] suppliers, which by Friday will work out a transparent price for aviation fuel through calculating formulas," Boyko told the press in Kiev on Tuesday.
