KIEV, Feb. 5 ??“ Ukrsotsbank, Ukraine??™s No. 6 bank that is being acquired by Italy??™s Banca Intesa for $1.16 billion, said it plans to boost a chain of self-service centers to lure more customers.

The centers, which include deposit cash machines and other equipment, are popular around the world. They allow customers change PIN codes, transfer assets between deposit and current accounts, get a bank statement, deposit money and pay off credit card bills.
