MOSCOW, Feb. 5 - The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry could impose anti-dumping duties of between 7% and 25% on Ukrainian ferromanganese imports, a ministry source told Interfax.

The source said the ministry had passed its recommendation to the government.
