IAEA won’t allow Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant operate as part of Russia
Journal Staff Report

KYIV, March 19 – The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will not allow the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant in the Russia-occupied city of Enerhodar in Zaporizhia region to operate outside the Ukrainian energy system, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced.

"This is our station, it will not work without us. According to our intelligence, the Russians really want it to work without us. They are trying to drag the IAEA into this, but the IAEA is a serious international organization and so far they have not let us down. I really believe, I hope that this will be the case in the future, both near and far," Zelenskyy told reporters during a video call on Tuesday.
