KYIV, March 17 – Ukraine must take into account the European Union's position when establishing a fund with the United States under the framework agreement on Ukrainian critical raw materials (CRM), said Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna.

"When we start negotiations on the fund agreement, we can no longer conduct them without the European Union. Either we ensure the creation or functioning of this fund based on European rules," she stated during her speech at the Forbes Exporters Summit 2025 in Kyiv on March 14.
